Ingredients

1 12.5 ounce can of water-pack albacore tuna, drained
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 cup chopped raw onin
1/2 cup diced raw celery
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Flake drained tuna with a fork. Peel avocado and remove pit. Mash half of the avocado with a fork until creamy and add that, along with the other ingredients to the tuna and mix thoroughly.
