Introduction
Mom's recipe. Mom's recipe.Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients

Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Canola Oil, 1 cup
Baking Powder, 3 tsp
Flour, white, 6 cup
Salt, 1 tbsp
Directions
Start with adding yeast to warm water.
After mix all the ingredients in a bowl except flour.
When mixed, add one cup of flour & stir until disolved. Continue adding flour until there is no more left.
The frybread should be a dough now.
Let rise in a bowl covered with a hand towel in an oven previously heated & turned off.
Make dough into balls & fry in 3 cups of oil until brown.
