Broccoli Cheddar Soup (low fat)

Ingredients

    2 c chopped broccoli
    3/4 c chopped onions
    1 can chicken broth, low sodium, fat free
    3 Tbls shredded cheddar
    2 Tbls fat free half and half
    3 Tbls finely shredded cheddar
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Add broccoli, onions, broth and spices to pot and cook on low for about 15 minutes or until broccoli is cooked but is still slightly bright green. Add half & half and cheese and stir.
