Dan's Veg Stir Fry

Introduction

A stir fry I made from stuff we had kicking around. A stir fry I made from stuff we had kicking around.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Broccoli, fresh, 142 grams
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 221 grams
    * Ginger Root, 14 grams
    * Garlic, 16 grams
    * Asparagus, fresh, 86.8 grams
    * Onions, raw, 76 grams
    * Soy Sauce, 5 tbsp
    * Water, tap, 1 tbsp
    * Rice Noodles, 100 grams (use udon)
    * Waterchestnuts, 116 grams

Directions

- cook ginger, garlic and onions in half of soy for a bit
- add veg (you might want to add them in stages based on veg hardness and cooking time.. i.e. I like my waterchestnuts pretty well done, that takes a while, so I add them first.)
- add rest of soy and water
- mix well
- add some salt and pepper to taste
- cover and cook for a couple minutes
- mix well
- cover and cook until veg is done to taste
- I used udon noodles that just need heating up... so I add those last just before plating.
