I didn't really follow the recipe but it inspired me to make my own version: I chopped up a single potato, covered it in spray 0-calorie "butter", and tossed in the same spices and cheese. I microwaved for about 3-4 minutes. It was very good and quick! - 11/5/08

These potatoes were quite tasty, and they had a really nice color--I would probably add a few more seasonings next time, but, overall, it was good. - 11/4/08

I love this recipe. I too used olive oil instead of butter and I didn't cover with foil - made the potatoes a bit more crispy I think - just the way I like them. - 10/31/08

  • Very yummy! I took a whole garlic, cut the top off and drizzled the olive oil mixture over it and roasted it with the potatoes. At the last 10 minute mark, I squeezed out the garlic and mixed it all in with the potatoes. Wonderful! - 6/3/13
