Wonderful Vegan Brownies

I got this recipe from recipezaar #244245. You can make regular brownies or mini muffins which is how the nutritional information here is listed. Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    2 c all-purpose flour
    2 c white sugar
    3/4 c sifted unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 t baking powder
    1 t salt
    1 c soymilk
    1 c vegetable oil
    1 T vanilla
    1 c chopped walnuts

Directions

1. Set oven to 350.
2. put mini muffin liners in pan (or grease 13x9 baking pan.
3. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, sifted cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and cinnamon (if using).
4. In a small bowl combine soymilk with oil and vanilla; pour into the flour mixture and mix well until well blended.
5. Stir in nuts.
6. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes (30-35 minutes if using 13x9 pan). For a more solid brownie bake longer.
8. Let cool about 20 minutes or more before slicing.
**Nutritional information does not include walnuts.
