Apple Curry Tuna Salad

Ingredients

    2 apples, chopped in cubes
    2 cups crushed walnuts
    24 oz. tuna
    5 T fat free miracle whip
    5 tsp. dijon mustard
    5-6 pinches curry powder

Directions

Mix apples, nuts and tuna. Add miracle whip and dijon mustard to taste. Mix in curry powder.

Great paired with multi-grain crackers
