Tuna Nicoise Salad

Ingredients

    12 oz tuna steak
    1 red pepper
    1 c asparagus
    1 cup cucumbers
    5 cups romaine
    2 plum tomatoes
    3 hard boiled eggs
    6 ts dijon mustard
    1 Tb sesame oil
    splenda to taste
    1/2 c tangerine juice

Directions

Steam veggies and cool. Grill tuna. Mix dressing ingredients to taste and sweeten w/ splenda, s&p.
Present on a platter w/dressing on the side.
