Ingredients

    1 spagetti squash cooked and scooped out
    1 cup corn
    1 lb ground beef
    1 jahapeno pepper chopped finely
    2 tblsp pimientos sliced
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    1 c. cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

take a cake pan add water to bottom of it place spaggetti squash upside down in it cook at 350 till done. remove squash from shell. place in greased baking dish. add hamburger meat, then corn jalapeno, pimientos,rice cheese
