Ingredients

    1 Cup Navy Beans, rinsed
    1 (1 oz.) slice pepperjack cheese
    1/4 cup water
    black pepper to taste

Directions

Rinse the beans well to remove salt. Add beans and water to saucepan or microwaveable bowl. Bring them to a boil, then simmer until the soup has reached the desired thickness. Add the cheese, allow it to melt, and mix well. Add black pepper to taste.
