.25 cup pine nuts toasted
1 cup fresh basil
1.5 cup fresh spinach
8-10 cloves roasted garlic
juice of one half lemon
Wrap clove in tin foil and put in the oven at 450 for 40 minutes
heat small skillet over medium heat
add pine nuts and toss until they turn light brown it is very easy to burn them so keep a close eye
wash the basil and spinach
Take out the garlic and let sit for 5 min to cool
put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth
can be used as a sauce or a spread
