Ingredients

    1 Ib Ground Beef (90 % Lean)
    1 Sweet Onion (Chopped)
    1 (12 oz) pkg of Green Giant Mixed Vegetables
    1 can Campbells Beef Gravy
    2 packets Idahoan Instant Mashed Potatoes
    1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

Brown Ground Beef and Onion in a frying pan.
Add the Beef Gravy and Vegetables.
Place the beef and vegetables into a casserole dish.
Prepare the Mashed potatoes according to instructions on the packet.
Mix the cheese into the mashed potatoes and place on top of the meat & vegeatables.
Sprinkle a little Paprika on top.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
