Quinoa Salad Supreme

Ingredients

1 1/2 c quinoa, rinsed
2 1/4 c water
1/8 t salt
2 t olive oil
1/2 c celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c pitted dates
1/2 c lite feta
1/2 c slivered almonds
2 T dried parsley
DResiing:
2 T lemon juice
2 T agave nectar
1 T olive oil
Directions
bring water to a boil and cook quinoa until fluffy.
Saute celery and onions until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Mix dressing together and combine all with cooked quinoa.
