These cookies taste just like cupcakes, but so much easier to make. I flattened the balls before putting them oven to look more like cookies and it turned out great. Love this recipe! - 12/22/08

These are very yummy! I used a triple fudge chocolate cake mix and holiday colored sugar sprinkles! I also tried a sugar free yellow cake mix which was good if you like splenda in baked goods! I too flatten the balls to make them more like a cookie. Plan to make the lemon as well. - 12/17/11

  • I made these for Christmas, and they were very good...and very easy! They are soft with a good flavor and they were pretty on a tray with other cookies. - 1/10/14

  • These were just Ok, but the recipe really didn't make all that many cookies. Granted, my cookies were a bit larger than 1 inch, but not by much. Anyway, they will get eaten but will I ever make them again? - 1/6/14

  • I didn't have any confectioner sugar, so I used red and green sugar sparkles instead. They turned out very good and a little bit of color I will make them the same way next year. They were also VERY easy. One of my favorite cookies. - 1/26/11
