6 small/medium red potatoes
3 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. dried thyme
Directions
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch squares. Place in 9x13 pan. Add olive oil and thyme to pan. Bake at 400 degrees until potatoes start to brown. GREAT alternative to french fries.
