Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pork Chops:
4 Pork Chops (cut thick, with bone in)
2 Tsp of garlic (crushed or salt)
    2 Tsp of onion powder
    1 Tsp of thyme
    2 Tsp of oregano
3 Tsp of olive oil (preferably the spray)

    Noodles
    2 cups of egg noodles
    1 Tsp of garlic
    1 Tsp of olive oil

    Green Beans
2 cups of Italian style green beans
    1 Tsp of garlic
    1 Tsp of olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix oregano, garlic, onion powder, and thyme together.
Place aluminum foil into a baking pan, coat lightly with olive oil spray.
Sprinkle half of the herbs mix along the oiled pan.
Wash pork chop in water, then pat dry with paper towel.
Lay pork chops onto the oiled and sprinkled baking pan.
Spray the pork chops, lightly, with olive oil.
Sprinkle the remaining herb mix over the pork chops.
Place pan into oven and let cook for no less than 25 minutes, check and cook longer until the middle of the pork chops are white (no pink).

While the pork chops are in the oven, prepare noodles and green beans as per the instructions available on the bag or can. If fresh, then place in a pot with water to cook. After draining the water spray lightly with olive oil and add garlic, then mix.
