Marmie's Best Roast and Gravy

Introduction

My mom's recipe. I suggest serving over brown rice. My mom's recipe. I suggest serving over brown rice.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
    1 packet dry onion soup mix
    1 (10.5-oz) can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Place roast in a crockpot. Sprinkle soup mix packet over roast. Pour can of soup over roast. Do not add water. The juices from the roast mix with the soups to make the gravy.

Cook over low heat for 8 hours or high heat for 4 hours.
