Marvelous Meatloaf

Introduction

Using seasoned stuffing cubes instead of crumbs or crackers makes a big difference! Using seasoned stuffing cubes instead of crumbs or crackers makes a big difference!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Pound Ground Beef (80/20 used for this recipe, because that's what I had, but lean can be used and adjust nutrition counts as needed)

    3 Large White Eggs (use 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites and adjust nutrition counts as needed)

    1 can Tomato Soup (save 1/4 can for on top for the last 15 minutes of baking time)

    2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

    2-1/4 cups Seasoned Bread Cubes

    1 clove Garlic, minced

    1 small rib Celery chopped

    2 tablespoons Parsley, dried

    2 tablespoons Onion, dried minced

Directions

Mix all ingredients well, place in loaf pan and put in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Take out and spread remaining 1/4 can tomato soup over top and put back in oven for 15 minutes.
