Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain, low fat Yogurt
    1 small-medium Banana
    2 TBS reduced fat or low fat Peanut Butter
    1 1/2 TBS Honey
    2 ice cubes
    1/2 cup low fat or non fat Milk

Directions

Put everything in a bleder and puree until smooth.
