2 Tsp cornstarch
1/4 C Chicken Broth
1 TBS Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Lb Turkey cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 Garlic Clove minced
2 TBS Vegetable Oil
1 Lb Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
Large Skillet - Stir fry the Turkey, and Garlic in 1 TBS oil until meat is no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
Stir Fry Asparagus in remaining oil until crisp/tender.
Stir broth mixture and add to asparagus pan. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
Add Turkey and heat through.
