Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup parsley
    1 Cup of mixed fresh herbs...whatever you have on hand
    2 TBS of capers
    1 clove of garlic
    2 TBS of olive oil
    a splash of lemon juice

Directions

coarsely chop and serve....sometimes I puree for a saucier texture.
