Crock Pot Frozen Chicken



Introduction

Ingredients

    You will need 1 lb. boneless/skinless chicken breasts, 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 Tbsp. water, and about 12 oz of baby potatoes (in a can).

Directions

Put frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot. Combine the rest of the ingredients on top, put on the lid, and cook on low 8-10 hours. Stir before serving.

  • Easy to make. I cut chicken into pieces to go farther with family and to cook more quickly. I added 1 cup minute rice to crock pot about 30 minutes before serving. Dumplings would have been great too. - 1/7/09
