Buffalo Taco Casserole

Ingredients

    2 cups tortilla chips, coarsley crushed
    1 lb ground buffalo
    1 (15-oz) can chili with beans
    1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp salsa
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 cup colby-jack cheese

Directions

Brown buffalo in skillet. Add tomato sauce, chili, salsa and chili powder; heat through. line 2 qt casserole with crushed tortilla chips. Pour meat mixture into center and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
