4 c. chicken, cooked, chopped 4 c. mixed veggies, thawed 2 cans cream of potato soup 1 pkg. refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
Mix chicken, veggies, and soup. Divide between two pie plates. Top each with a crust. Slit or prick crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 mins. If frozen, thaw 30 minutes, cover crust edges with foil and bake at 425 for 30 minutes then at 350 for 60 minutes.
