Dairy Free Frosted Thin Brownies

Ingredients

Browinies:
2 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate
6 tbs dairy free margarine
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking paowder
1/8 tsp salt
Frosting:
2 tbs dairy free margarine
2 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
few grains of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbs water
Directions
For the brownies:
Preheat the oven to 350.
Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Melt the chocolate and margarine together until smooth, then let cool slightly.
Beat the eggs well, then beat in the sugar and vanilla extract.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Add to the beaten eggs along with the chocolate mixture; stir just enough to mix throroughly, and spread in the spreayed pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the brownies are done.
Allow to cool completely before frosting.
For the frosting:
Beat the margarine, melted chocolate, salt, vanilla, and 1 cup of the powdered sugar together with 1 tbs of the water.
Add the rest of the powdered sugar; beat well, adding the remaining water as neccessary to get a good spreading consistency.
Spread the frosting on the cooled brownies and let set untilt he frosting firms on the top some.
Cut into 25 pieces to serve by cutting the pan into 5 short strips then the strips into 5 pieces each.
