Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Introduction

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 cup dairy free margarine
    1 cup brown sugar, firmly paked
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 cups flour
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    12 oz dairy free chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly spray a few cookie sheets.
Cream the margarine, the sugars, and the vanilla extract together.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
Stir into the batter ust until mixed.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto the sprayed cookie sheets.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

  • i made these the other day and thought they were fantastic! being lactose intolerant it was so good to make cookies that didnt make me feel sick. I gave some to my friends who are not lactose intolerant and they thought they were normal cookies until i told them they were diary free :D - 6/28/12
