Introduction

Ingredients

    1 (20 ounce) can of crushed pineapple drained
    1 cup of sugar,
    1 cup of chopped cranberries,
    1 cup of chopped apples
    16 ounce of fat free cream cheese,
    1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar,
    4 Tbs of butter

    Graham cracker crust is optional.

Directions

Mix 1 (20 ounce) can of crushed pineapple, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of chopped cranberries, and 1 cup of chopped apples in a bowl and let sit for 20 minutes. Mix together 16 ounce of cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, and 4 Tbs of butter until creamy. Mix all together and chill. Eat as is or on a graham cracker crust.
