IntroductionA nice change from plain rice. A nice change from plain rice.
60g brown rice, raw
1 tablespoon powdered grated cheddar (Kraft)
1 cup cold water
1/8 teaspoon salt
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Add rice and cover, turning heat down to medium-low.
4. Cook for 30 minutes.
5. If any water remains, drain and then add powdered cheese.
6. Mix and eat.
Makes about 1 cup of rice which is one serving.
