I attempted a layered thing with the jello/pineapple mix on the bottom, a layer of cream cheese, then the celery & walnuts, topped with the cool whip. This didn't get as wonderful of reviews at ladies night, but I liked it (next time I'll leave off the celery) for a low calorie sweet item. Thanks! - 4/3/11

I made this today for a sparks gathering in Melbourne FL. It is JUST awesome! I used sugar free Orange Jello (they didnt' have sugar free lemon); no-fat cream cheese, and lite coolwhip (I used the whole small container). I am sure everyone will love it. I was surprised at the celery but used it. - 1/18/09

I am so glad that you enjoyed it! This came from my mother-in-law. I am not sure if she got it from Eastern Star or from her church. But we all enjoy it!!
