Ingredients

    1 lb Carrots
    1 Potato
    1 Onion
    1 T Cumin
    2 T Olive Oil
    6 C water (stock can be used but will change calorie count)
    3/4 tsp each
    Sugar
    Garlic powder
    Paprika
    1/4 tsp each
    Cinnamon
    cayenne pepper

Directions

Saute veggies in olive oil (about 5 minutes) Add liquid. Cook until tender. Puree. Add spices.
