Ingredients

1 cup Bisuick, 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, 1 Tsp salt and seasoned salt, 1/8 tsp of pepper, 1 large or 2 medium cloves garlic minced or chopped, 2 Tbsp oregano
1 medium yellow onion diced, 4 cups diced zucchini with peel, 1/2 olive oil and 4 large eggs lightly beaten
Directions
Mix all dry ingrediants together in large bowl. Add egg and oil, stir again. Add onion and zucchini.
Spread in lightly greased 9 X 13 pan and bake in pre-heated oven @ 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes or until lightly starting to brown on top.
Leave sit for 10 minutes before cutting. Cut into 2 inch squares - about 24 - 30 appetizers.
