Ingredients

    * *Flour, white, 3 cup
    * Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * Light Beer, 12 fl oz
    * Goat Cheese, Soft, 3 oz
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
    * Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1 cup
    * Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 1 oz
    * Onions, raw, 2 large diced or sliced
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Directions

*Makes 12 servings, 1 slice per person*

To make the crust, preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour in the beer and mix well. The dough will be sticky. Spread a handful of flour on your work surface and dump the dough onto it. Toss the dough around to coat it with the flour and prevent it from sticking. Knead it 2 or 3 times to make it pliable. Shape the dough into a ball.

Grease baking sheet. Use a rolling pin to roll each ball into an 11 or 12 inch circle. Top pizza first with olive oil... then, Spread the onion mixture onto pizza. Place the rest of your toppings on the pizza (tomatoes, olives, etc) Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese all over pizza. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown on top or underneath
