Ingredients

    16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 oz soy sauce
    1 oz olive oil
    1 Tbsp white wine*
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    *can substitute orange juice, pineapple juice, apple juice or water

Directions

Place chicken in glass container. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 1 hour.
Set oven control to broil and/or 500 degrees F. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan. Broil until chicken is done 5-6 minutes per side .
