Shrimp Jambalaya

Introduction

Quick, healthy and easy to prepare meal for lunch or dinner. Quick, healthy and easy to prepare meal for lunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3.75 cup Deluxe Stir-Fry Frozen Vegetables,
    14 oz Shrimp - large, cooked
    2 tbsp Olive Oil,
    2 cup Water, tap
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    .5 cup Onions, raw chopped
    1 tbsp Bay Leaf, crumbled
    2 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
    5 cup Tomato Sauce, with onions, green peppers, and celery

Directions

1. Heat oil in skillet over medium to high heat.
2. Add frozen vegetables and stir fry until thawed
3. Stir in all remaining ingredients. If needed, add more salt and or pepperto your taste. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 7 - 10 minutes.
5. Served over cooked rice - preferably brown rice.
