3 cups water 2 cups salsa 2 - 10 oz can chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked 1 (15oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 (11oz) can corn with red and green peppers 1 (1 1/4 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix 3 tsp low sodium chicken bouillon
In large saucepan combine water, bouillon, taco seasoning mix, and salsa. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add chunk chicken, black beans and corn. Heat until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
This soup was really easy to make with ingredients that many people have on hand or are readily available. used leftover cooked chicken instead of the canned chicken. My whole family loved it!
