Introduction

yummy soup - good way to get you're veggies in! yummy soup - good way to get you're veggies in!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 bouillon cubes (I used Knorr)
    8 cups water
    2 cups chopped carrots
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

Directions

put all ingredients in pot and bring to a boil & bouillon is dissolved- simmer until vegetables are tender - or to your liking.
Makes (4) 2 cup servings
