Light Lime Chiffon Pie

Ingredients

    2/3 cup boiling water
    1 package (4 serving size) Jell-O sugar free low calorie lime gelatin
    1/2 cup cold water
    1 1/2 tsp grated lime peel
    2 tbsp lime juice
    2 cup cool whip free
    1 Keebler Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham

Directions

1. stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 minutes or until dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is melted. Stir in lime peal & juice.

2. Add Cool Whip Free; stir with wire whisk until well blended. refrigerate 15-20 minutes , mix should be very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust.
3. refrigerate over night.

makes 8 servings


CAN ALSO SUBSTITUTE ALL LIME INGREDIENTS WITH LEMON FOR A LIGHT LEMON CHIFFON
