Ingredients

    2 bananas
    1/2 c. strawberries
    1 (6 oz) yogurt
    3/4 c. orange juice

Directions

Toss it all in the blender and hit "liquify" for about 30 seconds.
Pour half into a take along cup for work and put the other half in the refrigerator for tomorrow's breakfast!
