Light Egg Nog

Introduction

If you love egg nog, you'll love my homemade light version. It has all of the flavor, but not the fat. If you love egg nog, you'll love my homemade light version. It has all of the flavor, but not the fat.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups nonfat milk
    1/2 cup egg substitute (pasturized)
    3 Tablespoons Splenda
    1 Tablespoon vanilla
    Nutmeg

Directions

Put all ingredients except nutmeg into blender. Blend for two minutes on one of the lower speeds. Pour into glasses and sprinkle a little nutmeg on the top. Makes four servings.
