Ingredients

    Pinto Beans Dry .5 cup
    Black Beans Dry .25 cup
    Red Kidney Beans Dry .5 cup
    Carrots, chopped, 1 medium
    Green Peppers, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 12 oz can
    Canned Tomatoes, 28 oz can
    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 8 oz.
    1 chili seasoning packet
    Your favorite seasoning to taste (black pepper, cumin, chili powder, etc.)

Directions

Soak beans overnight OR follow instructions on the bean package to do a quick soak.

Brown ground beef and rinse with water to remove excess fat and put in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients to crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours or until beans are cooked through.
