Introduction

I use the carcase and left over chicken from my sunday roast to make this soup. I use the carcase and left over chicken from my sunday roast to make this soup.

Ingredients

    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 3 cups
    Chicken Breast, cooked, 0.5
    White/Brown Rice, long grain, 0.5 cup
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Mixed herbs 1tsp
    Black pepper, 1tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp

Directions

Put the stock, chicken, frozen peas, rice, herbs and pepper into a pan and bring to the boil, then simmer gently until the rice and peas are cooked.
