2 large eggs
2 slices whole wheat bread
1/8 cup 1% milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Splenda (brown sugar)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp extra light olive oil
Heat the oil in a medium sized skillet. When oil is ready, dip bread slices in liquid being sure to coat both sides of slices. Add to skillet. Pour any remaining liquid over the bread. Fry until cooked thorougly (bread might get puffy).
Serve with margerine and lite syrup.
Makes one serving.

Glad you like it. I really put it together because I'm lazy. Now, I will no longer have to add each ingredient to my nutrition chart. Instead, I just click on "Darla's French Toast".
