Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1lb Carrots
    1 medium onion
    Cold water to cover
    1-2 tsp stock powder
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    Cracked black pepper

Directions

Dice onion and slice carrots. Throw into pot with stock powder and enough cold water to cover carrots. Bring to boil then simmer until vegies are soft.

Take off heat and blend until smooth. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper and salt to taste.

Stir and serve. Great with crusty bread
