Ingredients

    2 pre-cooked chicken breasts cut into chuncks
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup (98% fat free)
    1 can peas
    1 can corn
    1.5 cups instant rice
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1.5 cup water for rice
    1/2 cup water for soup














Directions

Boil 1.5 cups water. Add rice. stir in soup, peas and corn. Fill bottom of baking dish with chicken Pour soup mixture over and stir. top with parmesan cheese. Bake 35 - 45 minutes uncovered @ 400*
