1 c oats
3 T almonds
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
3/4 c unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 t vanilla
4 T maple syrup
Then add applesauce, vanilla and syrup.
Cut 6 squares of aluminum foil and spray each with cooking spray. Spoon an equal portion of mixture onto each square and then fold edges of aluminum foil to wrap like tamales.
Bake foil wrapped bars at 350 F for 16 to 18 minutes.
