Introduction

Ingredients

    1 onion
    1 tsp. canola oil
    2 cups canned vegetarian baked beans
    1/4 cup tomato paste
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1 tbsp paprika
    2 tbsp dried basil

Directions

1. brown the onion in the oil
2. puree the baked beans
3. mix all the ingredients and heat together over a low fire
4. add seasonings, mix well,. and serve
