Chicken Strips

Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1.5 pounds boneless/skinless chicken breast
    1 egg
    3 TBSP. skim milk
    3 cups Corn Flakes
    1/8 tsp. sage
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. rosemary
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper


Directions

1. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Spray large cookie sheet with Fat Free Spray.

2. Place corn flakes, sage, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in food processor or blender. Process until corn flakes are crumbs. Place in a flat bowl or on a plate.

3. Slice chicken breasts into strips.

4. Beat egg and milk together in small bowl.

5. Dip each chicken strip in egg mixture, place in cornflake mixture to coat. Place on baking sheet in a single layer.

6. Spray the top of the chicken strips with cooking spray.

7. Place in 400 degree oven and cook for 15 minutes or until strips are golden brown and no longer pink in the middle.
