Introduction

Just something I like whipping up for breakfast. I usually have a glass of this with a slice of whole grain toast and a piece of fruit. This smoothie is also yummy made into creamsicles in one of those little popsicle makers! Just something I like whipping up for breakfast. I usually have a glass of this with a slice of whole grain toast and a piece of fruit. This smoothie is also yummy made into creamsicles in one of those little popsicle makers!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen peach slices
    1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
    1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup low-fat vanilla soymilk (I like Silk brand)
    2 tbsp Splenda

Directions

Pre-freeze fresh peach and mango chunks for this the day before making.

In blender, in this order, place vanilla soymilk, peach slices, mango chunks, and then top with vanilla yogurt. Blend on high/puree until smooth. Add Splenda and pulse a few more times until Splenda is mixed in well. **Stopping to scrape fruit off sides to make sure they all go to the bottom may be occasionally necessary.**

Makes 2 equal servings.
