Introduction

This recipe has been in our family for generations, and I've never seen another like it anywhere. The plum jelly makes it. This recipe has been in our family for generations, and I've never seen another like it anywhere. The plum jelly makes it.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2 Tbs Plum Jelly
    1 tsp Flour
    2 Tbs Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tsp Vanilla
    2 Tbs butter (real is better for this recipe)
    1 C Sugar
    1 9" pie crust (unbaked)

Directions

In mixing bowl, beat eggs thoroughly. Add ingredients remaining ingredients individually, whipping with mixer as each is added.

Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell.

Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until pie is not quite firm in the center.

Cool and cover with whipped topping (okay, so my grandma would use the real thing - I cheat!)
