Introduction

We threw this together on Christmas morning to complement out blueberry bread and provide a healthy addition to breakfast to match our new healthy lifestyles. Ingredients

    1 banana, sliced & quartered
    1 apple, peeled & chopped
    1 orange, peeled, separated, and chopped
    8 oz can pineapple chunks, undrained

Directions

Mix fruit together in a bowl, making sure juices from pineapple coat the apples and bananas to prevent them from turning brown.
